Healthy Diet

In this world were everything are instant and superficial, people need to give extra treatment to keep their healthy condition. One of the simplest ways is by doing healthy diet. The best healthy diet consist non-fried food, less-red meat, and balance amount of carbohydrates, sugar and fat. People usually get the wrong idea by reducing carbohydrates, sugar and fat as much as they can. But body need carbohydrates, sugar and fat, otherwise it will affect health and mood. Sugar help boost our energy, so eat sugar in proper amount will help through the busy day. Anti-oxidant food such as grape and berry are very recommended by doctors. Healthy diet doesn’t mean stop eating meat. Eat more white meat, especially fish and reduce red meat. But the most important thing is avoid transgenic fat because it superficial and human body cannot digest it.
